The Standards Organization of Nigeria (SON) shall change, cease, modify, withdraw or withhold it services at anytime. Any changes will be effective upon posting. Your continued use constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of this information and of maintaining the confidentiality, safety and security of your account information and for all activities under your account.

5. You agree that all materials, products and services provided on the web application, contents, trademarks and other intellectual property are the property of SON, You also agree that you will not use, reproduce or distribute any materials without prior written consent of SON.
6. You must be at least 18 (Eighteen) years of age before you can use this web application. By using this web application you warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and you may legally adhere to this terms. SON assumes no responsibility for liabilities related to this misrepresentation.
7. If you post or submit content, you grant SON a non-exclusive, royalty free license to use, reproduce and distribute such content. you are responsible for the content you provide.
8. Our products and services are provided on an “as-is” basis without warranties of any kind. We make no guarantees that they will be safe always, secure, or error free or that they will function without disruptions, delays or imperfections.
9. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the products/services. We cannot predict when issues might arise from our products or services. Under no circumstances will we be liable to you for any lost profits, revenues, information or data, or consequential special indirect exemplary punitive or incidental damage arising out of or related to these terms.
10. By using this web application you agree that the laws of Federal Republic of Nigeria (LFN), without regard to principles of conflict laws will govern these terms and conditions or any dispute that may arise of any sort that may come between SON and you.
11. Any dispute related in any way to your use of this web application or to our products or services shall be arbitrated by the Federal High Court of the FCT.
